Common questions

How accurate are the calorie estimates?

SafeDish uses AI to estimate calories and macros from your photo. Estimates are usually close, but portion size, oils and hidden ingredients can change the real values. You can edit any value before saving.

Is SafeDish safe to rely on for allergies?

Food Safety alerts are a helpful extra check, not a guarantee. If you have a serious allergy, always read ingredient labels and follow your doctor's advice.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SafeDish → Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.

I bought Premium on another device. How do I get it back?

Open the app, go to the Premium screen and tap Restore.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app go to Profile → Delete Account and type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account, meals, photos and all other data.
