SafeDish is a nutrition tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze food photos and provide estimated nutritional information. The App allows users to:

• Log meals and track daily calorie intake
• Monitor macronutrients (protein, carbs, fat)
• Track weight and body transformation progress
• Set and monitor nutrition goals

3. Disclaimer

SafeDish is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. The nutritional estimates provided by the App are approximations generated by AI and may not be 100% accurate. Always consult with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

5. Subscription and Payments

SafeDish offers subscription plans with the following terms:

• Weekly subscription: $0.99 per week
• Monthly subscription: $1.99 per month
• Annual subscription: $14.99 per year
• 7-day free trial available for new users

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos or data you upload to the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to process this content solely for providing the service to you.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Share your account credentials with others

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Tech Explore LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
